January to March 2015
TEMP OF THE QUARTER WINNER IS
Rebecca Reiner (Chief of Staff to the Vice-Provost (International) Tsahi Campbell (Temp of the Quarter WINNER) Jas Manku (Administrative Secretary)
As always, we have received a number of nominations this quarter and it is always difficult for us to choose a winner. We would like to thank all our clients who have been nominating as we would not be able to run this award without your assistance and it is greatly appreciated by us all.
Tsahi was nominated by her line manager Rebecca Reiner with full backing from Dame Nicola Brewer (Vice-Provost (International) who Tsahi directly supports, and Jas Manku, her close colleague. Here is what they had to say about her:
“Since arriving at our office Tsahi has been a calm and steady presence, with a fabulous organisational ability and speed which has been crucial to keep Nicola’s working life running well. Tsahi has quickly identified new ideas to implement to work more efficiently, including weekly forward-looking diary sessions (not easy to do when your boss has 5 minutes spare every month!) and she has led re-organisations of our email folders and our shared folder system. Finally, Tsahi’s interpersonal skills are faultless, she is always happy to help and explain processes and programmes to those of us around her with less nous!
She even put on a Jeremy Bentham (our spiritual founder from the 1800’s) face-mask and joined our crazy UCL Guinness world-record attempt to get the most Bentham’s in one room – that is team spirit!”
Tsahi was presented with the ‘Temp of the Quarter’ award at UCL which included a £50 amazon voucher, a lovely bunch of flowers, and winner’s certificate along with a Gray & Associates ball and bug!
Thanks again for all your amazing nominations, your feedback and recommendations are appreciated by everyone at Gray & Associates and our temps.
We are now taking nominations for Temp of the Quarter for April to June 2015!
