Are you looking for a rewarding role within the vibrant academic environment of a prestigious higher education institution? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Invigilators for upcoming exams in May 2024!

As an Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of exams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up exam venues and materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Checking candidate identification and admitting candidates to exam rooms.
- Observing candidates during exams to prevent cheating and maintain exam integrity.
- Responding promptly and appropriately to any incidents or disruptions.
- Collecting and securely storing completed exam papers.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work varying hours depending on exam schedules.
- Previous experience as an invigilator or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
