HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM GRAY & ASSOCIATES RECRUITMENT SERVICES.

 

What an exciting year 2016 is promising to be. As many of you know, at the tail end of 2015, we at Gray & Associates began to restructure our services.  My team and I identified ways to streamline our operation to offer flexible interview opportunities to candidates and an even more efficient accounts and admin service to candidates and clients.  I am pleased to say the changes are now in full swing.  The most significant changes are:

 

Interview Facilities – We now have five locations throughout Central London in which to interview candidates. This gives candidates registering and working with Gray & Associates access to fully trained consultants in locations and at times that suit them.  We have always encouraged open communication and this change means candidates will have less down time and be able to use their time more effectively.

 

Administration and Accounts- We moved our administrative office to North London. We’ve added two lovely ladies to the team. Leanne joining us as a Recruitment Consultant and my right hand man, as you would. Donna has taken over the administration side of things from Sian, who is off to have a baby boy. Victoria still runs the accounts and finance side of our business but she is now assisted by a small but keen team.  By centralising administration and accounts, our aim is to ensure any queries from clients or candidates are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.  One call or email is all it takes.

 

Centralised Phone number – We now have a centralised phone number 020 8906 6590 for all enquiries. Once again the principle is one call will get you through to who you need to talk to; whether a consultant, accounts or administration.  Your call will be answered by a real person who will endeavour to help you or ensure you are put in touch with someone who can help you.

 

2015 was a great year for Gray & Associates and we look forward to continued growth in 2016.
